Advertising Policy

This Advertising Policy explains how advertising works in Trophy Arena, operated by Cashwiz Media LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), what data is used to show ads, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
 
 

HOW WE USE ADVERTISING

Trophy Arena is free to play and is supported in part by advertising. We aim to keep ads non-intrusive — many of our ads are opt-in, meaning you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards.
 
 

OUR AD PROVIDER

* Google AdMob is our sole advertising provider.
AdMob is responsible for the ads it serves and operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use any other ad network or mediation partner in the Application.
 
 

AD FORMATS

* Rewarded video ads — optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for Stars.
* Interstitial ads — occasional full-screen ads shown only at a natural break, when you leave a game (and never on app launch, during a game, or at the start of a level). They are frequency-capped (at most one every couple of game exits, with a minimum gap between them), can be dismissed, and are never shown to users we determine to be under 18.
Stars are an in-game virtual currency with no monetary value that cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, goods, or anything of value. We do not pay cash for watching ads.
 
 

CONSENT (UMP) AND WHO SEES PERSONALIZED ADS

In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, our legal basis for personalized advertising is your consent. Before any personalized advertising we show a consent prompt through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), a Google-certified consent platform integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). Personalized ads are shown only if you agree; if you decline, you still see non-personalized (contextual) ads. Your choice is stored on your device and applied to every ad request, and you can change or withdraw it at any time — as easily as you gave it — in Settings → “Manage privacy choices.”
 
* Adults (18 and over): by default ads may be personalized using your device’s Advertising ID, subject to the consent prompt above where it applies. You can opt out at any time via your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads); in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland you can also withdraw consent in the app via Settings → “Manage privacy choices.” After opting out you will see only non-personalized (contextual) ads.
* Users under 18: advertising is always non-personalized and they are never shown interstitial ads. We signal to our ad provider that the user is a minor, so ad personalization and remarketing are disabled, and we request only age-appropriate (rated G) ad content. We do not sell or share their information or use it for targeted advertising. This applies automatically and cannot be switched off.
 
United States. When ads are personalized, we share your device’s Advertising ID, approximate location, user IDs, and ad-interaction data with Google AdMob for advertising. Under U.S. state privacy laws this is a “sale” and a “share” of personal information and counts as targeted advertising. If you are a U.S. resident you can opt out at any time in Settings → “Manage privacy choices,” after which you will see only non-personalized ads. Your choice is conveyed using the IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP) state signals, and we also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on our websites as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. HOW REWARDS WORK (AND ANTI-FRAUD)

When you complete a rewarded ad or offer, the ad network confirms completion and we credit your Stars. To verify rewards and prevent abuse, we record each reward transaction — including a server-side verification signature from Google AdMob, a transaction identifier, and the associated IP address — de-duplicate transactions, and cap how many rewards you can earn in a period. We may withhold, delay, reverse, or claw back rewards that result from incomplete actions, technical error, duplicate claims, automated activity, or fraud, and we may limit, suspend, or ban accounts involved in abuse. DATA USED FOR ADVERTISING

To serve, cap, and measure ads, we share the following with Google AdMob: your device’s Advertising ID, approximate (coarse) location, user IDs, and ad-interaction data. We do not share your name, email, or password with the ad network for advertising. Depending on your age, settings, and consent, ads may be personalized (based on ad-interaction signals) or non-personalized (contextual only). YOUR CHOICES AND CONSENT

* Manage in-app consent: Settings → “Manage privacy choices” (re-opens the UMP consent prompt where it applies).
* Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
* EEA / UK / Switzerland: personalized advertising is shown only with your consent through the UMP prompt; you can withdraw consent at any time, after which you see non-personalized (contextual) ads.
* Opting out of personalization does not remove ads, but they will be less tailored to you.

OUR HTML MINI-GAMES

The HTML mini-games in the Application are our own, ad-free games: they show no advertising of any kind, contain no third-party ad SDKs or trackers, and do not grant Trophy Arena Stars or Trophies. The only advertising in the Application is the Google AdMob advertising described above.
 
 

CHILDREN

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we block registration by anyone under 13. For any user we determine to be under 18, advertising is always non-personalized, is limited to age-appropriate (rated G) ad content, and is never used to sell, share, or target that user’s information.
 
 

CHANGES TO THIS ADVERTISING POLICY

We may update this Advertising Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the “Last updated” date above.
