These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Cashwiz Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Cashwiz Media”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), that governs your access to and use of the Trophy Arena mobile game application and related services (the “Application” or “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
 
 

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Application; registration is blocked for anyone who indicates they are under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live (typically 18), you may use the Application only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or guardian must approve and is responsible for any in-app purchases. To protect younger players, users under 18 are shown only non-personalized ads and are never shown full-screen interstitial ads. The minimum digital-consent age can be higher (up to 16) in some countries; see our Privacy Policy. By using the Application you represent that you meet these requirements.
 
 

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

To use most features you must create an account using an email and password or by signing in with Google (through Firebase Authentication). You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account or use another person’s account. You may hold more than one account, but you must not use multiple accounts to farm Trophies or Stars or otherwise gain an unfair advantage (see Acceptable Use below). Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
 
 

3. LICENSE TO USE THE APPLICATION

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on a device you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
 
 

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS — TROPHIES AND STARS

The Application uses two in-game virtual items. Neither has any monetary value, and neither can be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, goods, or anything of value outside the Application.
 
* Trophies are a score you earn by playing our own Trophy Arena games. They raise your level and your leaderboard rank. Trophies cannot be purchased and are used only for ranking and progression.
* Stars are a virtual currency you can earn (for example, through daily rewards, rewarded ads you choose to watch, and offers) or buy through an in-app purchase, and that you spend inside the Application (for example, on boosters, bundles, and entry to certain games or levels).
 
You do not own Trophies or Stars; you hold a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within the Application. We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, and we may expire unused Stars or adjust pricing and availability. We have no liability for the loss of virtual items, including on termination of your account or discontinuation of the Application, except where prohibited by law.
 
 

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND BILLING

Stars may be purchased as in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Google is the merchant and payment processor; your purchase is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm and may include applicable taxes. Purchases are credited to your account after Google confirms the transaction.
 
Because Stars are a consumable digital item that is delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play’s refund policies.
 
How to request a refund. Google processes all payments, so refunds are requested through Google Play — see Google Play refund help or use your order history in the Play Store app. At our discretion we may also help with or grant a refund for Stars purchased from us, in which case the corresponding Stars and anything bought with them may be removed.
 
EU/EEA and UK consumers — waiver of the right of withdrawal. Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content. Stars are digital content that is supplied (delivered) immediately after purchase. By confirming your purchase, you expressly request that delivery of the Stars begin immediately and you acknowledge and consent that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, which happens immediately. This waiver does not affect any mandatory legal-conformity or faulty-content rights you have under applicable consumer law.
 
We may change prices, pack contents, and the availability of purchases at any time.
 
 

6. EARNING STARS — REWARDED ADS AND THE INVITE PROGRAM

The Application offers optional ways to earn Stars, such as watching rewarded video ads and inviting friends. Participation is voluntary. Rewards are credited as Stars (and, for the invite program, boosters) only and have no cash value. We may verify completion and may withhold, delay, reverse, or claw back rewards that result from incomplete actions, error, abuse, automated activity, or fraud. See our Advertising Policy.
 
Invite program. You can invite friends and earn rewards as you reach invite milestones. A friend counts toward your milestones only once they sign up using your invite and genuinely play — reaching a minimum in-game engagement level we set; simply installing or registering is not enough. At each milestone you can claim a reward of Stars and/or boosters, once per milestone. To keep the program fair, rewards are tied to genuine, organic referrals: self-referrals, multiple accounts controlled by the same person, accounts registered on the same device, and fake, automated, or otherwise manipulated accounts do not earn rewards. We may withhold, refuse, reverse, or claw back invite rewards and reduce your milestone progress where a referred account is removed, is found ineligible or fraudulent, or where we detect abuse — consistent with the Acceptable Use and Suspension sections. We may change the qualification rules, milestones, and reward amounts, or discontinue the invite program, at any time.
 
 

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
* cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, emulators, modified clients, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or manipulates Trophies, Stars, scores, ads, or rewards;
* engage in account farming (mass-creating or automating accounts to harvest Trophies or Stars), create fake accounts, spam ads or offers, or manipulate leaderboards, the reward system, or other users;
* reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to access the Application’s source, servers, or another user’s data, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
* upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content;
* use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Violations may result in removal of virtual items, suspension, or termination.
 
 

8. USER CONTENT

You are responsible for the content you provide, such as your display name, avatar image, and support messages (“User Content”). You must have the right to use any content you upload, and it must not infringe others’ rights or be offensive. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your User Content to operate and provide the Application (for example, showing your name and avatar on leaderboards). We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
 
 

9. HTML MINI-GAMES AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Application includes free-to-play HTML mini-games that we build and host ourselves (for example, 2048). They are provided for your enjoyment, are ad-free and tracker-free, and do not award Trophies or Stars or affect your leaderboard rank. The Application may contain informational links to our own policies and to our service providers’ pages (such as Google’s), which are operated by those parties under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
 
 

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Google Play services and Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. Your use of those services may be subject to the providers’ own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
 
 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application and all of its content, features, graphics, characters (including “Otto”), logos, and software are owned by Cashwiz Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, you receive no rights in the Application. “Trophy Arena” and related marks are our trademarks; you may not use them without our permission.
 
 

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove virtual items, or restrict features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or to comply with law or protect the Application or other users. On termination, your license ends and you may lose access to your account and any virtual items, except where prohibited by law.
 
 

13. DISCLAIMERS

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
 
 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashwiz Media LLC and its officers, members, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Application will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
 
 

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashwiz Media LLC and its members, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Application, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
 
 

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. If the class-action waiver or arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
 
 

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
 
 

18. GENERAL

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Advertising Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Application. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
 
 

19. NO MONETARY VALUE — NO CASH-OUT

For the avoidance of doubt, Trophy Arena is a casual entertainment game and is not a gambling, betting, money-earning, or cash-prize service. The in-game “Trophies” and “Stars” are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or anything of value outside the Application, and we do not pay you cash for playing, watching ads, or any other activity.
 
 

20. TRADER IDENTITY AND CONTACT POINT (EU DIGITAL SERVICES ACT)

For users in the European Union, the following information is provided in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and EU consumer-information requirements. The trader and operator of the Application is:
