Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Trophy Arena, operated by Cashwiz Media LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies in the Trophy Arena mobile application (the “Application”) and on our websites. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?

“Cookies” are small text files stored on your device by a website you visit. “Local storage” and similar on-device storage let an app or web page save small amounts of data on your device. Mobile apps also use “identifiers” (such as an advertising ID) that work in a comparable way. We use the umbrella term “cookies and similar technologies” to cover all of these.

DOES THE APP ITSELF USE COOKIES?

Trophy Arena is a native Android app, so its own screens do not use browser cookies. Instead, the Application stores small amounts of data on your device (for example, using Android shared preferences) to keep you signed in, remember your settings (such as sound preferences and which tutorials you’ve seen), and operate the game. This data stays on your device and is cleared if you delete the app or clear its data.

ADVERTISING IDENTIFIERS

To show ads, the Application uses your device’s Advertising ID through Google AdMob. An Advertising ID is a resettable identifier, similar in function to a cookie, used to serve, cap, and measure ads. When ads are personalized, we share your Advertising ID and related ad-interaction data with Google AdMob for advertising — under U.S. state privacy laws this counts as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” and you can opt out (see “Consent and how to manage or withdraw it” below). We never share your name, email, or password with AdMob for advertising. You can reset the Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). For more, see our Advertising Policy.

OUR HTML MINI-GAMES

The Application includes one or more free-to-play HTML mini-games that we build and host ourselves (currently 2048). They run inside an in-app browser window (WebView) and contain no third-party advertising, ad SDKs, analytics, or trackers, and set no third-party cookies; a game may store small amounts of first-party data (such as your best score) on your device across sessions. Because they are ad-free and tracker-free, these mini-games are available to everyone, and they are just for fun and do not award Trophies or Stars or affect your leaderboard rank.

OUR WEBSITES

Our websites (including our support and account pages) use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example, a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token — that are required for the site to function and to keep your sign-in secure. These do not track you across other sites. Our websites do not use advertising cookies.

CATEGORIES OF COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

* Strictly necessary — on-device storage that keeps you signed in and the app/site working. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.
* Functional — remember your preferences (such as sound and tutorial progress).
* Advertising — your Advertising ID, used by Google AdMob. Access to your Advertising ID for advertising is not strictly necessary; in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland we request your consent through the UMP prompt before any advertising identifier is accessed, and you can withdraw it at any time.
* Diagnostics — our crash- and error-monitoring provider, Sentry, may store small amounts of data on your device (such as cached crash reports and breadcrumbs) so we can detect and fix crashes and errors.
We do not use product-analytics or advertising-analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.

The table below summarizes the technologies we use, by category:

Technology Category Purpose Set by Consent
Login session & settings (Android shared preferences) Strictly necessary / Functional Keep you signed in; remember sound, tutorial, and privacy choices Trophy Arena (on-device) Not required
Website session & CSRF cookies Strictly necessary Operate and secure our support/account pages Trophy Arena Not required
Advertising ID (resettable device identifier) Advertising Serve, cap, and measure ads; confirm rewarded-ad completion Google AdMob Consent where required (EEA/UK/Switzerland); opt-out elsewhere
HTML mini-game local storage Functional Hold your in-game state (such as your best score) during a session; cleared when you leave the game Trophy Arena (our own mini-games) Not required (no advertising or third-party trackers)
Sentry diagnostics storage Diagnostics Cache crash reports and breadcrumbs to detect and fix errors Sentry Used only to deliver crash and error diagnostics; no advertising use and no tracking across apps or sites

CONSENT AND HOW TO MANAGE OR WITHDRAW IT

In the app (UMP consent prompt). In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, the first time you open the Application we show a consent prompt provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), a Google-certified consent platform that uses the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), before any personalized advertising. Your choice is recorded as an industry-standard consent signal, stored on your device, and applied to ads. You can change or withdraw it at any time in Settings → “Manage privacy choices,” which re-opens the consent options. In the United States we convey your choice using the IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signal so that opting out switches ads to non-personalized.
United States. If you are a U.S. resident, you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for advertising — and of targeted advertising — at any time in Settings → “Manage privacy choices.” On our websites we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing and targeted advertising of your information.
On our websites (cookie banner). Where required, our websites show a cookie banner so you can accept or manage non-essential cookies; strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them.

PRIVACY SANDBOX

Google previously offered Privacy Sandbox technologies on Android — such as the Topics and Attribution Reporting APIs — to help select and measure ads in a more privacy-preserving way. Google deprecated Privacy Sandbox on Android in October 2025, so the Application does not rely on these technologies. To the extent any such technology is ever used, it would operate only after you give consent through the UMP prompt described above, and never for users we determine to be under 18.

HOW TO CONTROL COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

* Manage in-app consent: Settings → “Manage privacy choices” (re-opens the UMP consent prompt).
* Reset or opt out of ad personalization: your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
* Clear app data: Android Settings → Apps → Trophy Arena → Storage → Clear data (this clears on-device storage and any HTML-game cookies).
* Website cookies: you can manage or block cookies in your browser settings (or our cookie banner where shown), though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to work.

CHILDREN

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we block registration by anyone under 13. For users we determine to be under 18, we do not use advertising cookies or identifiers for personalized advertising, and Privacy Sandbox advertising technologies are not used for them.
